ABOUT HSR
S-6H PA is a high-styrene-butadiene copolymer containing 83% bound styrene. In rubber compounds, S-6H PA serves as a substitute for fillers (like carbon black and/or silica) in some part or entirely to enhance the physical properties while eliminating processing problems associated with high-structure fillers and high-filler content.
Its higher bound styrene content makes it useful for rubber compounds, which require a higher hardness with excellent tear strength and flex resistance. S-6H PA is supplied in the powder state, which allows easy handling and rapid dispersion.
